Does maltodextrin raise blood sugar faster than dextrose?

I’m familiar with dextrose , very high on the glycemic index, not to familiar with maltodextrin, just wondering how the two stack up , I read that maltodextrin raises blood sugar faster than dextrose, wondering if that’s true ? only reason I ask ,I’ve seen a brand of maltodextrin called cytocarb 2 and on the bottle it claims to be a complex carb
 
Btw I’m also wondering which one would be better post workout ? when you want those fast carbs , maltodextrin ,or dextrose?
 
Stay away from it . It’s bad for you . Get some karbolyn better
How does karbolyn work in the body ? Is it a combination of fast and slow carbs so I’ve heard, sometimes on paper it says that but real world results is a different story , but again I’m just learning about these different types of carbs ,put it this way ,if your going hypoglycemic god forbid , what would be the drink you would go to , karbolyn? Or maltodextrin ?
 
ive tried them all, karbolyn, hbcd, waxy maize, maltodextrin, dextrose. Ive never noticed a difference using it at 25-80g, so i stick do dextrose or maltodextrin intraworkout.

dextrose and maltodextrin are both high glycemic from what i remember, maltodextrin might be a bit slower and taste more bitter, but i dont think it matters in practice, at least not in my experience.

Funny I was thinking the same thing when I heard karbolyn made from real food , I thought I was way off base for a second , I didn’t think any of those carb’s weren’t highly processed , thank you for this , it answers my thread even more than I hoped , all seems about the same to me , if your going hypoglycemic for any reason , grad the closest one to you and chug it lol
