51, approx 11% bf, many yrs in the game but always appreciate objective insight from others who can teach me more. My days of get big, strong and bloated are long gone!!!
With summer here, I'm using test phenyl-prop at 150 mgs every 3rd day and primo at 600/week. Thinking to add 400 mgs 1-test cyp for a bit more density and strength and masteron at 3-400/week for additional kick, density, sex drive and help with current and expected lethargy. May switch test to enanthate to keep injection schedule easier. I'm going on vaca in mid August. Want to keep with my long term plan but add some zip. No orals (stomach issues) and as much as I'd love to do some tren hex again, I think tren's done too.
You opinions and insight?
