tren is highly androgenic and very potent. androgens in and of themselves will cause viagra like effects in causing erections parasympathetically, which is to say that erections are biphasic being composed of both a psychological and physiological component to cause an erection, and androgens are the latter.
now, while androgens play a key role in causing erections, estrogen has the inverse effect and a competing effect with androgens in the body. for example, estrogen will cause an enlargement of breast tissue while androgens (dht nominally) will actually stymie the effects of estrogen in breast tissue and prevent breast tissue hypertrophy. similarly, while androgens will exhibit an effect on increasing erection quality and libido, estrogen will do the opposite.
so, what i'm guessing is your estrogen levels are rising to a high level and thus competing with the androgens enough to lower erection quality. when i run tren and ghrp-6 i get high prolactin levels, which at very low levels will absolutely murder my libido but i doubt that's the case with you since your libido increases with higher tren dosages.
another thing, a lot of people get bunk tren or cut tren that is basically just npp, which is a very weak androgen itself, and will necessitate concurrent usage of another androgen for most people to maintain erections as npp will completely prevent endogenous androgen production and give the notorious "deca dick". this is where the mentality came from to run another androgen alongside what people thought was tren, because a lot of tren that gets sold is actually fake. the other reason is increased prolactin levels few people (like myself) experience on legit tren, which i really don't understand why it occurs.
