I've felt like shit the past 4 weeks. Lack of appetite, virtually no energy & strange muscular pains in lower back, shoulders etc. Been to docs 3 times & they havnt got a clue. For some reason I've never clicked on that I could be overtrained. Gonna lay off for a few days to see if feel any better.
Does this sound like the sympyoms of over training to you?? How long does it normally take to pull yourself back to normal when you overtrain??
