As i previously mentioned i went upto 274lbs @ 15% BF @ (still see upper 4 abs)then after few months of not training i went down 265-269lbs @ 20 percent BF ...this was the max Body weight in my life....., However as you told me about my genetic limitations...pretty grateful to u to you for that..... i can be a 235-240lbs @ Ht of 5 feet 8 inches tall.
Now presently my motive is to lose Body fat to get that "granite hard" look at what ever weight i am going to get as shredded as possible.
So i am following your Pre-contest dietary advice that is (oh man! i even got that secret i made you my pre-contest diet coach...schizophrenically though) {* HAVE YOU FORGOTTEN my CUT COPY PASTE ability.}
a) keeping the diet 90 percent as it was in offseason = 500 grams of protein + 120 grams of FATS (Dr Intensity PRE-CONTEST keto DIET}----------YES I CAN BUILD MUSCLES WHILE I LOOSE ALL THE bodyfat on my own version OF keto DIET,
WHICH IS 21 DAYS NON STOP KETO-DIET-AND 3-4 DAYS CARB-LOADING, THEN REPEAT---{WORKS GREAT FOR ME}
b) Reducing calories is more catabolic than adding some extra Progressive Cardio 45 mins daily to 1.5 mins (low intensity) along with Cytomel @ 50mcg + Clen 60mcg
c) Start Using ONLY Testosterone @ 500-750mg/week + orals 4 weeks on 4 weeks off and i would keep adding ONLY TEST upto 1500mg/no more is needed as and when i plateau (Strength/Size/Leaness wize)....slowly leading to Higher ends, On reaching 8 percent BF. I would BUMP UP CARDIO, and fat burners add TREN A, STANAZOLOL, MASTERON + TEST PROP for 10 weeks and Coming in @ 4.5-4% BF, then compete as a heavy weight.
what do you think about this GAME PLAN! I am going to work on My weak muscle groups Calves, arms, hamstring where as ---my good points = CHEST/SHOULDERS
QUADS WITH SWEEP ETC AND THE BEST MUSCLE GROUP being MY back(VERY wide detailed {i am genetically blessed with good muscle seperation}
this is the simplest plan i could think off. i am taking it week per week
2. what is our defination of an ideal physique that wins Contest. The idea of proportionality, the flow of the physique, and those mystical things...we amateur don`t understand.
