chest is low incline db flyes, tricep any over head extension holding the weight in stretch position and trying to point elbows up not out or back, Lats is either db pullovers or hanging from a chinning bar. biceps i use flat curls meaning i get into a position similar to incline db curls except my the bench is flat, helluva a stretch. i dont do leg stretches bc mine grow to easily, i do do calves stretches though, and once i hit failure with my rest pause weights i take some off then go right into a stretch on whatever exercise i did for that muscle. my shoulder stretch is too hard to explain
