if puking is your goal it would be easier to gag yourself lol.
if muscle building is you goal i wouldnt do a crazy amount of volume. but you know me Joe, i am mr. low volume
most literature (not that its always right) would say fast twitch fibers grow most in size and do so with lower reps heavier weight so i would train em that way.
differnce in sprinters legs and marathon runners legs... is kind of an extreme example of this imo. -JS
