Thanks brother , walk out gives your knees the feel for the weight and prevents injuries .... I learned it over the years ... At least take 3 ton4 steps with the weight before go down....

Amazing squats bro. I do wonder though--are you being lung limited, or muscle limited? Because it looks like you had a lot more in you, but perhaps you ran out of breath. I myself get that way in the offseason, and aim to do a little cardio next time around to see for myself whether or not it helps with this or not. Either way, fantastic job. Loved the depth.

Lung limited. Even do I do my cardio 20 min everyday on off season . I spoke to my doctor and we are going to bump it up to 30 min. And will do a test next week while doing squats to push 15 reps . We are also going to add some ventolin inhaler pre workout to aid more oxygen into the system.

11 shoot, one every day. You will be fixed after it. U can go up to 21 shoots ... That is the max...
