Don't ignore the RBC levels it beats the shit outta your blood vessels heart and kidneys the thicker the blood the harder it is on your CV and renal systems.

Yep, most people dont even think about this factor and all they worry about it blood clots. The viscosity of the blood can add wear and tear on the system too. I sometimes wonder if that doesnt help cause some of the cardiomyopathy we see in some of us using steroids. I can think of 3 of us on here that had that condition, and there are more.

I donate platelets and plasma every 4 weeks because I have a rare and high demand blood type. One of the questions is "Do you inject steroids or other drugs not prescribed by a doctor". I'm on TRT so that is my out. Otherwise you'll have to lie about usage.

MG, what is the sleep machine you are referring to? Is it the sound conditioner that you're using?

CPAP-for sleep apnea.

My hemo was 53 last blood work and I have not used in 5+ yrs. My doc had me on a Prescription iron 3X daily, you did not seem concerned about the number, should I be? iron has been cut to once daily.
Would it be better to donate blood or plasma? I plan on going on cycle by Jan.
Any places pay for blood? I know they pay for plasma
