I have a mailbox out on the road, but for parcels, I have a big box by my locked gate.

My mail carrier gives my mean vicious attack dog a doggie treat every time she delivers a parcel. The only way I know I have an intruder now is by the "thumping" sound of his wagging tail.

I don't know if I should slug her or hug her!

Thanks for the reminder, I would hate to forget this kind woman that brings my mail

Yeah, Good Idea Stike. I wonder if the mailmen are told to report to the inspectors anyone who gets packages from an assortment of places that may seem suspicious? Maybe a $20 stuck in a Christmas Card will save your ass. Small investment for a potential huge return. Ya Think?

It is illegal for the USPS carrier to accept cash. THATS A Fact- Although I slipped my brotha a bill....but I nearly had to stuff it down his throat. For real. Same dude 20 years we go through same shit every year.

So what can we "legally" give them? I would hate to cause them a problem while trying to gift them.

I know $ is a federal crime for them to accept not for you to offer. It was in our newspaper in Atlanta. They were talking about gifting certain workers employees etc. I got no idea what they can accept but my brotha was looking around like he was beeing watched when I insisted he take what I gave im. Like a drug deal! Felt like I was in the hood doing a crack transaction. Ask your carrier- they will tell you what hey can accept.
