Don't forget your Vitamin D3 on a bulk

Everybody should always use d3. Current numbers say 46% of people are deficient. I would argue it’s likely higher
 
Vitamin D3 is one supplement I always use and never come off. The dose varies through the year but always between 4000-8000IU.
 
Sun exposer is not enough on most people. I was taking daily vitamin d supps and my labs was deficient then got prescribes 5000mg one pill per week and my numbers are normal now.
I agree most are deficient and not knowing it.
Same here for me. That one prescription pill was way better then the daily I was using. At least according to my bloodwork.
 
In my my 20’s I had a job where I was outside in the sun ALL Day! My vitamin D levels were still way too low and out of range. For most people, sunlight is just not gonna get you there. I still struggle to remember to take my vitamin D though. It’s not like I feel bad when I forget, but I know that my body needs it.
 
Vitamin D is so important AND over looked. Not all supps are equal either. Many pressed tabs get ZERO absorption, zero change in labs. If I hear one more person say "I get enough sun exposure, I don`t need Vitamin D", I`m gonna throw up. Everyone should test for it.

I was speaking to a head neurologist out of Boston the other day and he was saying vitamin D most important supplement there is.

Yes they are. If you want really fast absorption Carlson has Vitamin D drops.
When I was taking 10000 units of Carlson Very finest fish oil I added the drops to the liquid fish oil.

Remember to always take your vitamin D with some fat.


At least 5-10 grams for proper absorption. ( Same applies to Vitamin A, E and K )


Lots of people struggle to raise levels even on high doses due to this^
 
I take 10000iu all year round - it is a vitamin necessary to maintain good sensitivity of androgen receptors, in short without it androgens will not work as well as they should

in periods when I am sick and have some inflammation in the body I increase its dose to 50000iu per day

You have good genetics. It has to do with genetics how your body absorbs the sun and converts it. Skin color doesnt matter either if some one is tanned from the sun people assume they wont be efficient but most cases they are.
 
Your supplements suck. Brand, quality, purity, form, co-factors, it all matters. I use a designs for health liquid Vitamin D, its like $24, lasts months. 4 drops per day took me from 30`s to 80`s on lab work.

Does anyone supplement with d2 my levels are basically non existent?

Yeah it’s good stuff and the bottle lasts a really long time. Plus it’s not another pill I have to take love that it’s drops.

Thanks again for the suggestion, any thoughts on d2 levels does it not matter if overall d is high?
