It is common bro science that when reconstituting GH, one should never, ever, shake the vial, nor should one ever inject the water in too fast, since these things risk damaging the peptide.

But this is virtually impossible, IMO. No human being has the strength to shake a vial hard enough to cause any damage whatsoever to the peptide. A fire hose at full blast probably wouldnt do any damage to it, either.

So don't overthink it.

Well you just keep shaking them up as hard as you can. I don't know why you would when they dissolve instantly if they're quality but you shake away.

Just to be clear, I was not arguing *for* people to vigorously shake their GH. Rather, I was just refuting those who claim we have to be extremely cautious when handling it, etc. The point is to bring peace of mind and confidence.

I would emphasize that one should be as careful as they can with their GH, etc. After doing some more research it looks like it may be possible to shake too hard, squirt too hard, etc.

I don't shake my GH. It's not wasting any of my time. If shaking the GH makes no difference, then what's the point of shaking it. Better to be on the side of caution especially if there is nothing to be gained from shaking it.

If you have ever stepped into the world of basic chemistry you would know that molecular bonds are stronger than to just be broken by shaking. If the molecule is not damaged by water, a little shake will not break it. It`s not really a far out theory, its just fact.

So are you going to recommend to all your clients to start shaking their GH to reconstitute faster?

I'd like to see some evidence, it would be nice as I have always been EXTRA careful and don't like sweating bullets making sure I don't drop a vial or mix it too hard. I always did a very lighthanded swish after reconstitution and babied it.

I wouldn't be surprised though - there also used to be a myth that it needed to be kept at a certain temp but it came to light that pallets of GH just sit in hot Chinese factories with no temp control so that was obviously silly.

This. I agree with the OP but you can’t just lay out a blanket claim like that with nothing to back it up. That will not change anyone’s mind when they have been under the impression that their glorious peptides are fragile. And when spending hundreds or thousands of dollars people will err on the side of caution.

The GH has a delicate very complex 3-D which partially is created not by covalent bonds of course, apparently in a reconstituted form this unique structure may be damaged by vigor shaking, or no pharmaceutical company would strongly warn against shaking in their official brochure.

In a powder form the GH is much more stable - just to give some indication - we did in our facility on 2014 stability tests and I may honestly tell you that pure GH is stable for years in room temperature in a powder forum, however it loses from it potency within 24 hours in a reconstituted form in room temperature
