It is common bro science that when reconstituting GH, one should never, ever, shake the vial, nor should one ever inject the water in too fast, since these things risk damaging the peptide.
But this is virtually impossible, IMO. No human being has the strength to shake a vial hard enough to cause any damage whatsoever to the peptide. A fire hose at full blast probably wouldnt do any damage to it, either.
So don't overthink it.
