Don't you hate it when your spotter ruins a perfectly good lift

Only happened to me once. I was in Junior High and was the first time I was going for 225lbs, big deal at that time.

I'm struggling and just over half way up and the dumb ass decides I need help and grabs the F'ing bar and pulls it up.

Since then, any time I have a new person spot me I make it clear, do not even think of touching the bar until I say "Help"

Haven't had a problem since.

I was training with my bro for a while and I always told him exactly what I wanted. Dont touch the fukin bar unless I cant get it then just help me rack it. Always with thye two finger spot if I didnt think I would get pinned I would bite his finger LOL hate that shit.

Exactly, can't fault a guy unless you make it very clear how you want it to be done.

Just say something like, "only give me a spot if I ask during the set, touch it before that and I'll fuck you up! Is that clear?!"
