There was a show held here in London last night called The Stars Of Tomorrow.

Anyway, I had to pop out to the little boy's room halfway through the show and who did I bump into?

Some bloke called Dorain Yates.

What a nice guy. I couldn't believe how pleasant and talkative he was.

He looked in fantastic shape and looked very healthy too. I couldn't tell you what he weighed, but obviously a lot lighter than his BB days.

Will post a couple of pics when I get home tonight.

Oh and he very kindly signed a picture for my two young boys.

You think he was really that light? I'm pretty sure he holds over 225 at the very least.

Yeah prett sure my old training partner was with me at the time my partner was 230 at 5'10 he looked much big then Dorian in pics at the very most I would give him 210. I coud be wrong though.
