its been a little more than two weeks. everyday a little less aggressive and my sex drive is noticeably decreasing. Lost alot of fullness but thats alot of water loss as well. i scaled my calorie intake back and my training is every other day circut style and i walk my dog everyday.
whatever i lose i know i can get back. its just seeing it happen and knowing the gyms are closed and i cant just go hit it hard is what depresses me.
me personally i know i needed a break from gear. its going through it thats hard but this will be for the best in the long run.

Once you hop OFF gear, you should keep it HIGH in order to hold whatever you have successfully built.
I understand the need to take a break from gear, but you also want to hold on to all your hard work.
Coming off THEN decreasing cals is a sure fire way to literally drop 10+lbs of muscle.
I miss the shit out of the gym! I’m doing low dose test/deca until the gym opens up. Once it’s open I have tren enan, masteron enan, sust, deca, anadrol, and tbol to play with. I’ll start my summer cut once the gym opens.Also i dont know about you guys but my training right now. i have some bands an ezcurl bar and a dumbell. my training is limited i do what i can and do so much volume. i take a 1/4 cialis before hand and i get great pumps. but again i cant eat the food im use to with what i have. im not making excuses.
the gym and the ritual of going to the gym is what i miss most. im still working everyday at an office. i use to be so relieved i know i was going to the gym after work. i really miss it.
Im running low dose ment, trt test real trt. Training in park on bars at 4am everyday. Just got some bands i bring with me. I cut calories, diet on point. Im 51 yrs old. 190lbs now 5"10 I can out last this bs. So can all of us. just adjust, adapt, we will beat this bs. Lets go brothers... and sistersI was blasting at 350 mg primo and 175mg test per week, that is as high as I feel safe going. Dropped to 100 mg test and 200 mg primo. Would have stopped primo all together but was at that weird range of 8-10 weeks in and things starting to go well and only had about 8 weeks left so rather than scrap it all I figure just scale back and get some primo benefit. Just need to further reduce calories and tighten diet which needed to happen anyway.
For us average joes, especially thise who are older, 40+, I wonder if we will find out that less calories and better diet, more circuit training with higher reps and a little less gear will be in a way better results? Smaller, sure, not as strong, sure, but healthier and probably more visually pleasing. Again this is for a regular guy, not competitive.
