Dosages While Gyms are shut down?

its been a little more than two weeks. everyday a little less aggressive and my sex drive is noticeably decreasing. Lost alot of fullness but thats alot of water loss as well. i scaled my calorie intake back and my training is every other day circut style and i walk my dog everyday.
whatever i lose i know i can get back. its just seeing it happen and knowing the gyms are closed and i cant just go hit it hard is what depresses me.

me personally i know i needed a break from gear. its going through it thats hard but this will be for the best in the long run.
 
I was blasting at 350 mg primo and 175mg test per week, that is as high as I feel safe going. Dropped to 100 mg test and 200 mg primo. Would have stopped primo all together but was at that weird range of 8-10 weeks in and things starting to go well and only had about 8 weeks left so rather than scrap it all I figure just scale back and get some primo benefit. Just need to further reduce calories and tighten diet which needed to happen anyway.

For us average joes, especially thise who are older, 40+, I wonder if we will find out that less calories and better diet, more circuit training with higher reps and a little less gear will be in a way better results? Smaller, sure, not as strong, sure, but healthier and probably more visually pleasing. Again this is for a regular guy, not competitive.
 
ive been on 140 mgs trt a month. Plan is to stay on this a while

I agree. If youre blasting your system it definitely doesnt help, whereas a normal TRT dose could have some benefits to your health.

Im taking 200mgs a week on self administered TRT.
 
Was on 150mg Test and 150mg of Mast per week. Stopped 2 weeks ago. I feel good and I'm seizing this downtime to cleanse my body, cardio, band work, pushups, and eating clean.

Why bring the calorie intake down?
Once you hop OFF gear, you should keep it HIGH in order to hold whatever you have successfully built.
I understand the need to take a break from gear, but you also want to hold on to all your hard work.
Coming off THEN decreasing cals is a sure fire way to literally drop 10+lbs of muscle.
 
I personally am in strong all favor to staying on cruise...the last thing I would want to do..is to drop my test levels down to a dangerous level (and compromise my immune system in doing so).

I understand what your saying. I’m 5’6 225-230 regularly. I put on fat extremely easy. I have to eat a lot of food to maintain this. If I were to come off gear and eat the same amount I would just get obese. The amount of cardio I would need to do would be an hour to probably 1-1/2 a day.

I’ve been doing this long enough. I won’t lose much muscle what I do lose it will come back. Right now I’m just eating really really clean I feel great mentally.

Once the gyms open back up I’ll start with test 1000mg eq 600mg. Add tren two weeks later. Two weeks after that drop the eq add mast prop two weeks after that add winny tabs.

My body responds very quickly I’m excited to see what happens
 
Also i dont know about you guys but my training right now. i have some bands an ezcurl bar and a dumbell. my training is limited i do what i can and do so much volume. i take a 1/4 cialis before hand and i get great pumps. but again i cant eat the food im use to with what i have. im not making excuses.

the gym and the ritual of going to the gym is what i miss most. im still working everyday at an office. i use to be so relieved i know i was going to the gym after work. i really miss it.

I miss the shit out of the gym! I’m doing low dose test/deca until the gym opens up. Once it’s open I have tren enan, masteron enan, sust, deca, anadrol, and tbol to play with. I’ll start my summer cut once the gym opens.
 
I wish I could have had my surgery Thursday. Pushed it back over 2 months and my summer is fucked. I honestly don't think I'll be having when I'm suppose to
 
First day of quarantine and I'm losing my mind... Lol. And it wouldn't have even been a training day for me! Test is at 140 and has been a couple weeks now. Still feeling great but can tell I took a hit. Appetite is down, which is a good thing. Instead of gonnagetacharge horny, libido is still well above average.

Gonna fuck up some cement filled buckets tomorrow morning...

Im running low dose ment, trt test real trt. Training in park on bars at 4am everyday. Just got some bands i bring with me. I cut calories, diet on point. Im 51 yrs old. 190lbs now 5"10 I can out last this bs. So can all of us. just adjust, adapt, we will beat this bs. Lets go brothers... and sisters
 
kinda glad I got a 10+ day of being off. My not using is gonna be longer than I expected..but im guessing its good

I have some weights, a barbell, adjustable dumbbells, tricep bar. It's been a week since my gym closed

They say April 6th reoopen and I bought a bench off Amazon just in case it's extended

Felt great to workout outside , my bands snapped today trying to create more resistance
