I have some weights, a barbell, adjustable dumbbells, tricep bar. It's been a week since my gym closed

They say April 6th reoopen and I bought a bench off Amazon just in case it's extended

Felt great to workout outside , my bands snapped today trying to create more resistance

Trump extended the guidelines until April 30th. I doubt you will see any gyms open before then. I tried to bribe my gym owner this morning for some private training time but he wouldn't go for it unfortunately. Legally he said he just wasn't able to do that right now.

Lol... me too. I offered up a generous amount of money and said I'd go in at 2am. No luck.
I was okay w 2 weeks... but 4 more. Fuck my life (just kidding, I'm glad my daughter and I are healthy and I'm still working).

Went off, needed to go off for other reasons so at least this lined up well for me... Only bad thing was i shut myself down with a 3 wk "cycle" due to wanting to start then having other issues and the shut down coming in.... Otherwise cruise on 500mg to maintain your muscle at least.

Or do trt, it's healthier or the two options, and a person can still maintain a good amount of muscle on a true testosterone replacement therapy dose
