Like in a title - just purely for mental wellbeing what is your sweet spot. I usually feel amazing on 500 mg but as i am gaining more bf with bulk well being goes down. Assuming if my bf would not be change aka maingaining 500 would be my fav dose. Never ran a gram so assume if e2 is controlled must be amazing. At 500 mg need less sleep and wellbeing and energy is amazing.
 
100mg ED is what’s been working well for me lately, but honestly 200-250mg ED is better if you’re a bigger bodybuilder. Personally 100mg ED is enough for someone my size 109KG.

The higher the testosterone the better, just use Telmisartan when using high T for heart and kidney protection.

Mental wise I can’t tell the difference between 700 and 1400. Both make me equally aggressive and irritable lmao.
 
800 a week typically..I am sure it is less now that I’m getting older..any more than that and I start losing too much endurance and such..I can add eq to it and get it back..but I hate sliding scale shit

700-875mg (100-125mg a day) is where I feel best and have the best blood work.
Between 1000-1250mg is fine if I want to push harder, but above 1250mg I still feel okay. However, I start to have too much water in me, regardless of whether my e2 is within the normal range or not. This makes me feel sluggish, my endurance drops, and I can't train as intensely as usual. My digestion start suffering due to inflammation caused by excess fluid retention, etc.

My conclusion is that a very high testosterone level was great when I was chasing size, but now I definitely prefer to stay in the mid-range (I used to say 700-800mg is low testosterone, lol, but perspectives change with experience).
 
Mood wise and energy wise I don’t feel any different from being completely off or on 2g of test, for me it’s all food intake related. Obviously you’re gonna feel way more tired on tons of food and if you’re using 2g of test food better be high

I usually just run a gram or 1.4g depending where I am, usually do 1cc (200mg) Monday to Friday and take weekends off shots
 
If we are just talking in general and not for bodybuilding, then 20mg daily (140mg per week) has always been my sweet spot.

For bodybuilding/hypertrophy, I have handled 500-700mg per week pretty well, whether I do it in two weekly injections or daily. Never gone above that amount.

The same. I feel the same on 500mg as i do on 2g. I think probably 1g is my sweet spot, but i also know that im just someone who responds well to MORE TEST.

i understand what you mean about the influence of food/calories in relation to "dose"
but NO DIFFERENCE between ZERO TEST ..& 2g's?!! .....c'mon brother, that's hard to imagine

I’m currently off gear right now, no cruise no nothing and I literally feel the same as when I was blasting 1g test 500 tren 500 mast 6 weeks ago, except I’m a bit more hungry

Reason i ask is one of my best mates is the same, he comes off massive cycles no pct, never uses AIs, never cruises just comes off 4-6 months of the year. He has been doing this for probably 15-20 years.

Gets even better he has 4 kids under 8 years old. All conceived at different stages. completely off and blasting tren and test in the 2 gram sort of dose or test and deca.

He reckons he cant feel the difference just gets bigger.

I have trained with him a lot and he never loses strength at all

500-750. Less if I'm using MENT/trestolone; 1cc is fine then. I tried a whole vial of test per week solo for about 15 weeks. Honestly it didn't feel amazing. I think the steroid scientist bros who say that diminishing returns kicks in around 1200-1500mg/wk are correct; after that you don't really get much more gains per milligram. You don't necessarily get a ton more side effects either. I just get a lot more out of adding say, 20-25mg/day tren ace when I'm already at 750 test than adding another 500mg test on top of that.

There’s no diminished returns. Only exceeding large dose for larger doses is only beneficial when that mg amount is no longer needed.

If you are a beginner and you go from 500 to 750 but instead go to 1000, that 750 won’t do anything more then the 750 would have. Like 1500-2000 won’t do anything if all you need is 1250, it’s just total amount of mgs needed to get the job done

6 weeks is not long enough. Try 6 months and if you still feel the same, your wasting your money taking gear.
 
I do 75 mg a week. When higher, my hematocrit goes out of range.
I tend to notice anxiety when even on 125-150mg. Hate that feeling.
I just like staying in range as well. (600 ng/dl total test, etc).

Trained my whole life natty, so even this at my age is a boost and keeps me in range. (Where I want to be).
 
I feel good on 500/wk! Good mood, no increase in irritability, don’t feel hot or sweaty through the day, blood pressure better!
