Like in a title - just purely for mental wellbeing what is your sweet spot. I usually feel amazing on 500 mg but as i am gaining more bf with bulk well being goes down. Assuming if my bf would not be change aka maingaining 500 would be my fav dose. Never ran a gram so assume if e2 is controlled must be amazing. At 500 mg need less sleep and wellbeing and energy is amazing.
