I complete replacement surgery on my right shoulder. I had it October 20th 2023. Stryker inc built the shoulder parts. I am 37. They put a new bone, new ligaments, tendons all of the above! It was the best decision I made. I tried to rehab and do other things but it always hurt. It’s been 10 months and I’m doing pull-ups, squats, light military, burpees, power cleans, ect. It still pops here and there but that can go on for a while.
They have a new system where the MRI sends images to Stryker and the part is custom build specifically for your socket. It’s not like it was 10 years ago. I say go for it
