Ok I had a ton of shit go down in my life and needed to do something different. All I've ever cared about is how strong I was (and How big I was). .. well I decided to do a "mud run" just to have something to focus on. Results are 7-8 weeks later and down 45-50 lbs. Yea I lost some muscle but will be gaining most of that back. I am not even on my trt rt now, the wife and I are trying to have a baby so I have been off for a good time now (it has worked, sperm went from ZERO to 55 million per mll) and can't go back on trt intil the "deed is done". Anyway here are some pics from race on saturday and a cpl pics from a few months ago. I was a lill tighter than these befores when I started preparing but not much (maybe 10lbs or so).
Mud run was rt at 4 miles (was supposed to be 5k but they said that it came in rt at 4 cause of the route). Wasn't hard, obstacles were easy, only hard part was there wasn't more than 10 feet of flat ground...my feet and ankles are still hurting BUT my back held up (sore but held up).
Peace
