Yeah I was going to say what a joke. All of 2" range of motion on a decline hammer machine. Its like those flat bench machines where you see guys with 4 plates on each side and their lucky if they can bench 225 free weights bench. Or having 9 or 10 plates on a leg press machine and guys would be lucky to squat 315 or 405. Whole nother beast lifting free weights. That dude was pathetic

Wow, like Iron said it's like the guys who put 1000lb on the leg press and move it up and call it a rep. He's a personal trainer too! Seriously, people clapping, wtf???

I know, I don't squat but do a full rep all the way down for 15 reps with 9 plates on each side. I love those dudes that do a 1" range of motion, lol:rolleyes:

That's just embarrassing... Especially being a doctor and trainer to try and pass off that lift more than it is to me just discredited himself.

Unfortunately...as the video shows, most people dont know what the fuck they are watching, and applaud this jackass. He is probably one of those people going around telling people he benches 700 lbs.

disgusting

Love that guys comment on Youtube, "He's gonna strangle himself with his pants" hahaha, what a moron. :D

I have to admit I had a good laugh at some of the comments posted below the vid.

Wow, that is some high waistline :D

Is that vid serious? surely "the clapping audience" were rigged or did they just feel sorry for him and gave him the sympathy applause?

A lot of you laugh at this. I'll be 68 the 17th of this month. I know he is just barely moving the weight, but how many men his or my age can move 600 lbs on this planet period? A hand full~!

I am not trying to disrespect you in anyway Tough... but my father is 64 and can still push his car a couple of feet in the driveway!! What that guy is doing is not really lifting 600 pounds, he is just pushing a car in neutral a couple of feet. My dad doesn't go around putting that on youtube and stating he is steroid free 64 year old that can push 2500 pounds!!!

I would be more impressed even seeing him rep 225 a couple of times on the bench with some free weights!!

I disagree. You have seen the strongman comps before. Hey they move 18 wheelers cause they are on wheels. Those things weigh 20k tons plus. Do you think any of them can move a free weight weighing 40,000 lbs even an inch? Big difference my friend.
