When it comes to gh I think the best course is just consistent use. Before workout.. after workout.. before bed upon waking.. just get it in ya as convenient to you. I do it after training.
What LATS said. I find trying to micromanage what the body does to mostly be a waste of time as there is rarely any real proof that any of it works. And i spent years trying to do just that.

My opinion is if your 4 and over split in 2 doses.. am and pm for example.. I know many who do it all at one time based on half life igf etc.. it also depends on what your seeking. If you are after a bit more fat loss splitting the dose makes more sense..
