Drawbacks of preloading syringes...

In the past when I have had a bulk jug, I have preloaded my rigs for the upcoming cycle. Ive never had any issues doing this. Maybe I have just been lucky in that way. Since the gear is exposed to roughly the same amount of air during the transfer process, are there any sterility issues with doing this compared to transfering to smaller sterile vials.

using sterile vials is fine. But preloading syringes for later use may not be. It all depends on how long the gear will remain in the syringe before use. The rubber stoppers in vials are a different compound to the rubber seals in the syringe. Some gear can cause a breakdown of this rubber and it may contaminate your gear. The vials are a much safer way to store for long term use.

It would be dependant upon conditions, but I would say if it is not, it is definetly cutting it close.....

what if..

what if you store them upright, with the plunger pulled all the way back, and the syringe not quite full.. so the gear wasnt actually touching the rubber of the plunger? i was also wondering about storage time this way? id imagine you could get away with it for a while?

also, what about using directly from the jug? if your vials havent arrived yet, or something hypothetical like that? i believe i know some guys who use directly from jugs, instead of transferring.

definintely not recommending or saying i condone either of these practices.. just wondering

You should be fine. I wouldn't preload more than a weeks worth. Just make sure your gear has no EO

yeah this ones a defo mate.

checked some preloadeds the other day.

all fucking 20 of them had decayed the rubber. 40ml gone. right in front of my eyes.

the other part nobody mentioned is that if you transfer to sterile vials, you can bake the vials in the oven to make sure that whats inside is sterile, which you can't do with loaded pins.

I would never do that.
put in steril seald vile.
there like 2$ a vile.

also the needle may breakdown and the plundger also form the compound eating away at it like the BA ect.

I herd of one guy then when he went to put the plundger broke apart.

i wont load anything if its not being used that day. (for HCG i did preload slinpins for the week.)
