My 6 yr old absolutely loves dried banana chips , I figured that they would be a good snack but after looking at the nutritional data I see they are very high In fat but looking at the ingredients the only added fat is coconut oil.
One serving is 30g and that has 10g fat (7 saturated) 20g carbs (5g sugar) and only one gram protien.
Im assuming that he fat is just coconut oil
He likes coconut oil and I always add a little to his daily smoothie but was wondering if this is realy a decient after school snack
Anybody have any imput or opinions
