Drop sets when lifting alone

I been doing the advanced 5 day DC training. Gives me an intense workout without depending on anyone.

for me work best on cable machines. for other lifts like leg press etc...i just move the plates off as soon as possible but don't sweat the few seconds extra it takes as opposed to with a partner.

It really is a great workout and a fun way to train. I was doing the 3 way split again for months but 3 months ago switched back to the advanced split and I had forgotten how much I love it

I thought drop sets was the only way to lift....
