Dropping a few bf% while on test and deca?

So i've been running sust and deca at 700/300 wk respectively, but want to use up the rest of my deca sitting around. I know deca has been referred to as an aas that makes you hold water and bloat, but I've also read that its all due to diet, and pros of old used to actually cut while running deca. My goal is to lean out 3-4%bf and this is my first run ever with deca. I would like your opinions on how you would stack the sust and deca most effectively with my current goals in mind. And yes, if I had tren or mast or test p etc, that would probably be superior, I want to use up the rest of my deca. So, would you run the test low and the deca higher at say 600 like all the low test high anabolic raves lately, or would you simply increase the deca? Just looking for opinions. I'm also running adex too and have pharm grade dostinex on hand

You can still burn fat when being bloated and holding water. Just do the cardio and diet thing. You might not be able to see all the magic happening and it might slow progress a tad, you still will burn fat.


and once the water comes off, voila. It's probably not optimal but you can get the job done.
 
This has been metioned a bazillion times now but mega dosing vit C sure helps me with deca moon face I take 3 grams about every 3 hrs four times per day!
Unfortunatly this doesnt work for everyone
 
I have at agree with the diet and cardio statement even if you cant see it happening doesnt mean its not.... Once the water drops you will be suprised but also this is why I like to run NPP instead of Deca because I get minimal water retention and also respond alot better to it.

In a way I think results are better as you tend to cardio and diet better due to results not being as visible. Npp is great when dieting as it keeps you full with no real boat if diet is clean

Keep up on the cardio and nutrition for sure. Keep the E in check for less bloat as well. Are you running an AI?
