Dumb question?

I'm a long-term veteran.
I've never had gyno. Last couple of years I suddenly have a lot of nipple pain. No swelling yet just soreness. For years I could always knock it back with Nolva.
Recently not working, using larger doses. So, I decided to get Adex. Supposed to be way stronger. One mg a week is supposed to handle it.
I'm on 250mg Test E EW, Small amount of Deca, and 2iu GH. I occasionally bump it up for a few weeks then return to these low doses.
Nothing is working. I completely trust my long-term sources. Pain goes away for a day or two them comes back.
Any Ideas? Using the same products. no results.
Perhaps my Test is just too strong LOL
Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Have you tried a suicide inhibitor..... Aromasin?

Aromasin is all I use anymore. 10mg every Sun/Thur. Never had any issues.

Are the Nolva or Adex pharmaceutical and have you had recent blood work done to check hormone levels?

The only two things that ever gave me any nipple issue was GHRP 6 and NPP. Individually, I've never taken them together. Strangely Deca does not give my issues. I'd look at the cause being the Deca first. Many people have issues later in life that caused no visible issues when young. I speak from experience...lol

Yes both are pharmaceutical which is why I'm concerned.

What about the bloodwork? Have you checked your estrogen & prolactin levels recently?

My cousin is prescribed raloxifene to fight his gyno. You may want to get some.

I had a friend with the same problem for a long time. His DR wouldn’t test him for prolactin (didn’t see any reason to) but after me prodding my friend and him in turn prodding the Dr he finally did and his prolactin was sky high due to a tumor on his pituitary. He’d totally lost his sex drive and ultimately his wife because of it.
A week after being prescribed caber he was a different man. No gyno and sex drive was back big time. He was Totally shocked how his life changed for the better. Ended up with a woman he’s happier with to boot.
