Bilateral quad tendon rupture 22 weeks back
Squatting again and today did 110lb bells in each hand for 12 reps
Strength slowly coming back
Was doing 495 x 10 barbell pre injury.. Would doing 450lb be similar with bells?
Who else does heavy dumbbell squats?
I find it's safer and can do it at home
Plan is to work up only to 275 ish and do higher reps, like 25-30 reps
How much harder is dumbbell squats to barbell weight wise?
