at the arnold kari and i made our way to the iforce booth and saw big dusty henshaw. it was really cool to get to chat with him for a few min, and right away he offered to hold onto our things so we didnt have to drag them around the expo. bro that made it so much easier to enjoy the whole thing.

so big dusty, thank you for that and it was really great to meet you. your a real down to earth guy and we look forward to meeting up with you in the future! tell hottfigure we were asking for her!

hey guys im always lurking here on pm. a lota the old guys i used to chat with are gone. and a lot of the questions are being answered so i have been just watching. me and mo are on here every day!

raj its good to see you still here and dusty, my boy mario still is in awe if the DCguy dusty. he totaly looks up to you. again thanks for being cool and so candid with us. meeting pmmembers is something we try to do all the time when we travel.

looks like we are heading to the big O this year and hope to see some of you there!

im trin bro. im about 14 weeks out from the jr nats. im gonna be a light heavy at about 190lb. im 214 right now. the goal is to drop fat and grow into the show like last year exept come in national level conditioning. last we learned a lot about my body. more than the last 12 years. i will again be working with kevin levrone to hopefully make the top 15 at the jrs. im not unreasonable....it the LH lineup its a battle. i just want to look like i belong there!!

I hear ya about the LH lineup, that's where I would be to if I competed. Probably about the same weight as well. You look great man , and it sounds like you've got a good strategy, GOOD LUCK!
