The original was

Chest/shoulder/tri/back
Forearms/biceps/hams/quads......done 3x a week

Dante then had one

Chest/shoulder/tri
Biceps/back/abs
Calves/hams/quads........done 4x a week

Also in a post years ago he laid out a routine he made where he had a guy hitting the gym 5x a week because he needed the cardio sessions and so Dante made an abbreviated routine with 1-2 body parts per day. It was a pretty cool split
 
Dusty is a cool dude.. Like his videos.. Doing what he loves.. Very methodical training.. Very precise with a purpose.. No " winging " it.. Have Ya noticed that guys like dusty.. David henry.. Jordan peters.. Scott Stevenson.. All use very detailed logs of their training.. And all came out of dc training..
 
One of the main reasons I love D.C. So much is cuz it's just common sense. The principles behind it aren't over complicated and explain themselves. I honestly think it one of those items everyone should read into at least once. U may not want to do the DC orogram to the "T" but at least read the principles.

Been following JP for awhile and went through his logs on his site and designed my 3 variations of each bodypart like him and try and beat my nbrs each session. Last November I was 190lbs and as of yesterday 224. My nbrs have gone up every single week even if it's just adding a 2.5 to the bar or machine. 8-10 sets for big bodyparts, 6-8 for delts and maybe 6 for arms. The log book works. although I keep my nbrs on my phone in my notes instead. Diet wise I follow JP advice also and just slowly increase food when I stall. Amazing when a plan is followed to the T.
