its amazing how different they can look next to eachother on stage compared to just the casual pick in your bathroom on your own

im leaving to dinner but I never thought i would be saying this because his upper body used to be so far behind...we brought his upper body up dramatically but now his legs are behind.

Legs....offseason its legs legs legs legs and more legs

IM escstatic on how much we got his waist down, im ecstatic on how big we have gotten his upper body ( especially upper chest and arms which were very weak points previously but no more)....

I know what needs to be fixed and we will set out this offseason and fix it.

This really isnt a normal bodybuilder...you are talking about a guy who is a robot....who a few years ago nobody knew his name and they said his upper body was behind his legs and was competing at 224 and getting 5th place in the heavyweights in a state show......

There are going to be some grueling leg workouts ahead and he is going to make those things so freaky big that any size lost in the dieting process wont hurt him.

what is wrong with his stomach? it looks terrible...maybe its just the light or pose there.....

edit- i shouldnt say terrible, just wayyyy behind any other bodypart imo....and im not trying to disrespect...its just that noone said anything about it yet...and it sticks out to me 1000x more than his legs being behind...

either way...congrats on competiting as its lightyears ahead of where i am now..best of luck in the future competitons...

He is big and works hard but his lines and symmetry are not appealing enough to judges. Stomach looks off and lumpy and no upper quad sweep although he does have separation. JMO, I like Dusty just giving my opinion. Shoulders and arms are the standouts!!!

I'm not so sure about that. I think he didn't make top 5 callout for one reason. He lost too much weight/size in the last few days and his upper legs paid the price. Had his legs been a bit fuller, his x frame would have been more prevalent and therefore his shape would have appeared much better. I think his body was catibolising alot of muscle at the end and he couldn't stop it, no matter how much he ate.
