Totally agree. I started downsizing (not that I was massive by any means) back half of 40s. Set some new weight parameters - ie never again exceed 250 when it had been 275 and sit mostly 225-240 now - and focus on getting/staying lean and improving all health facets within it. Work in progress but weight range is there, bloods are great, and healthy/moving forward (injury last year didn't help).

I'm not making money or competing in any form so makes little sense otherwise. The Rock and Bautista obviously had careers predicated on it but now that both are successful and likely have enough money, very reasonable to better optimize health and make sure they are around.

I can' think of any jacked actors that didn't down size in at least their 50's. Makes making it to 60's and 70's more likely.

I dont understand why people bash guys when they downsize...pretty sure I saw it was for a movie role as well. Muscle wont be there forever either it comes later or earlier, its inevitable

But take any man that has been enhanced there whole life, take everything out including TRT and watch what happens. Not easy sustaining muscle tissue when your levels plummet. He looks GREAT, healthy...and as said, guy has plenty of money!

As stated it's for a major film role. Although I am sure that's not the only reason and he probably felt it was for the best considering his age and recent health "scare". He is 53 years old so he would be stupid staying huge and lean. He looks great and very healthy and if he stays like that he may have just extended his life by 20 years.

I have to disagree and agree with others. He looks healthy now, like maybe he could actually run, play a sport, do a chinup. He jist looked like a big ball of mass before. No doubt this makes him more desirable for roles in movies. Arnold was 1 of a kind, the "Big clumsy meathead superhero" role is kinda a joke in movies vs say the fit lean badass aka bradd pitt in fight club.

It looks like you just enjoy looking like a huge meathead and unhealthy than looking amazing lean and be as healthy as you ever been. But to each its own. I’m not judging you for your preference. But to say he doesn’t look good or unhealthy is a bit way out their.

its funny.. ill have people say i need to put size back on.. as ive been 280-300 most my adult life.. so they are not used to me being this weight.. then there are those who say i look lean AF.
my numbers are pretty much in line with dwayne's.. currently sitting at 245-250.
been as low as 235.. 240.. but felt weak AF. although diced. still diced, but not 'emaciated' at my current weight.
could be the ment-ace keeping my weight up.. nice and full.. and strong.. but still vry lean while on a reta/tirz stack.

id venture to say dwayne is also on reta or tirz or both or more..
