I think you are still to far out. Start the process naturally and Then use the diazide to help clean up and get that last little bit.

I agree. Dyazide works very quick. Half morning of may b all you need. Earliest id say night before and if needed another half morning of. Should never need more than one whole pill total imo.

too early

For me, I have found out that taking it too early in prep week flattens me out. At my last show, I took it Friday night and woke up Saturday morning diced. Stay away from LASIX!! It causes potassium loss and can cause severe cramping on stage. Dyazide is potassium sparing. If you cycle your water like you are supposed to, the body will flush most if the subq water. Being lean is the key overall!
