I have used it before for eaa and just to make water taste better.

I switched to flavored bcaa nowadays to flavor eaa. I also used flavored hydration powders to flavor eaa.

Crystal lite powder. I like the pink lemonade flavor the best. Dante has metioned a few times that the best way to counter a bitter tasting flavor is with a sour one. Theyre sort of opposite and the sour cancels the bitter

I can't second this enough...Crystal lite pink lemonade could almost make cat piss taste ok. I realize there is better tasting products on the market, but just look at the whole Prime Nutrition fiasco....great tasting crap in the end. At least I always know what I am getting with TN.

Both Crystal Light and TrueLime (Black cherry Lime) are definitely game changers in these recent times. Man, I feel bad for some of you guys not in the USA always getting ripped off on selections and prices. I always have CL or TL packets packed with me everywhere I go. I've been using CL since the 90's, but now they have so many different flavors and brands, it's awesome.

Ditto on TN. I never use anybody else if I can get it from them first. I have 100% trust in Dante and Coral Grimes...lol.

Would there be any difference between say peptopro (hydrolysed casein) or even 100% hydrolysed wpi and just a normal eaa product?

For some reason there's not that many straight eaa products here in Aus at least not from that many brands that I trust. There are some peptopro and hydrolysed wpi products that I do like the look of though

I bought 90+45 servings humapro thinking it would compare to 2 bag of TN 500g. EAA (same price)
TN serving size is 10 grams per serving while humapro is 5 gram per serving. Wtf...

I like Olimp EAA's. I usually get orange or pineapple flavour... both are amazing. I also just bought loads of bcaa's so I mix the two.

I should mention that here in the US, they have store brand equivalents which are usually cheaper than the Crystal light brand. For example, Wal-Mart sells an equivalent under the company "Great Value."

The other company, TrueLime, I'm not sure how wide-spread they are around the world. I like the Blackcherry Lime flavor, it is phenomenal. They used to have it here at the local Wal-Mart store, but have since stopped ordering it I always get the quart size packs as I add 2 into my gallon water for the day. The smaller ones are for like little 16oz bottles, lol.
