I wrote extensively about this in a different thread. 24/7 sustained hyperaminoacidemia is terrible for protein synthesis compared to intermittent protein feeding.
When I was younger I would wake up in the middle of the night starving nearly every night. Abd I’d eat and go back to bed. I was high lead logging and burning thousands of calories a day at work and never ate much during the day. I was eating from the time I got off work till I went to bed. I’d still wake up starving. I was super lean and It never negatively affected me eating in the middle of the night. Never messed with my blood sugar. Helped keep weight on a ton.
