ears ring / sound drowned out immediately after sex/deadlifts??

Hi. Quick question -- after every time I finish having sex or deadlift really heavy, 1-2 minutes afterward my ears ring and everything sounds a little drowned out. This lasts like 30 seconds.

My blood pressure is 120/80 on the dot whenever I check it. Is this a sign of anything? Is this dangerous? Will this ever go away?

Typically its a blood pressure issue. Could be due to some congestion or stuffiness from allergies or something maybe? Or you wouldnt happen to be using any cialis would you?

Has to do with the lack of oxygen to the brain. Work on controlling your breathing.

Research "valsalva maneuver"...the times that you're describing them occuring sound pretty on. Also "seeing stars", "feeling hypo", fainting, slowing of heart rate etc. So yes, breathing control may provide some help for you.

The thing that jumps out to me is that it occurs minutes later instead of immediately, so please see below!

On second thought it sounds like a rapid shallow breathing issue that is causing you to retain carbon dioxide.

That happend when I had my heart attack

I think it is due to lack of blood flow to the brain. When I had my heart attack I went deaf and blind for a few seconds. After a couple of seconds the lights came back on and then the ringing started. Just my personal experience.

Your blood pressure during that time being normal is a good thing. Did you take your heart rate? Is your heart rate a normal level and regular? Any skipped beats?
