After this diet i`m on now, I am back to a 10 week blast - I have a diet lined up which means eating 7 whole eggs with oats at breakfast, which is easy enough. My 3rd and 5th meals are just simple whey and oat shakes with some mac oil and will be taken to work and take 2 mins to prepare.

The question really boils down to meals 2 and 4 - which will likely be 300g chicken, rice or potato and some mac oil on them...

Do you guys cook all the food on a Sunday for the week? Cook twice a week? Each day? I am busy with work and training during the week and thinking of the most manageable way of doing this...

I cook my food every fourth day for the folowing four days to come. Both chicken and rice will be fine if you cook them in advance and keep them in the fridge.
 
slow cook your chicken in a crock pot for 8 hours over-night and have fresh chicken everyday. seasonings are endless
 
i personally use crock methods as well, one of my faves is chicken tits n thighs, with fat free cram of celery soup, slow cook it n shred it over sum rice

I cook most of my whole food meals for the week on Sunday afternoon. I weigh and portion everything into individual containers to be ready to go. Doing this is the only way I've found to keep myself consistent day to day.
 
I always prepare my food on the evening for next day so I dont have to rush around in the morning. I have breakfast after my gym so that's meal 1 and I work out how many meals I need to take with me to work so that's 3 meals and my last meal is at home at night.
 
cook 2x a week. Sheet pan in the oven for meat. stove top for veggies. 3 dollar tupper ware. Nothin else really besides bringing it with you
