After this diet i`m on now, I am back to a 10 week blast - I have a diet lined up which means eating 7 whole eggs with oats at breakfast, which is easy enough. My 3rd and 5th meals are just simple whey and oat shakes with some mac oil and will be taken to work and take 2 mins to prepare.
The question really boils down to meals 2 and 4 - which will likely be 300g chicken, rice or potato and some mac oil on them...
Do you guys cook all the food on a Sunday for the week? Cook twice a week? Each day? I am busy with work and training during the week and thinking of the most manageable way of doing this...
