Also lactose free and low carb without the crust
10 eggs
1 can chicken (13oz) I get mine cheap from sams club
1 can spinach
1 can tomato
Garlic
Pepper
Salt
Simply mix it all up, pour it in a pyrex baking dish and bake at 350 until no gooeyness is left on top. Took about 40 minutes for me.
Delicious, and very easy.
In total the pan has 120g protein, and its pretty easy to eat half of it for a meal.
