It takes a smart individual to be able to understand his body.........Matt, you are doing a great job. You are not paying me to tell you to eat at 9, bathroom at 10, drink at 11, eat at 2, piss at 4...........that's not training and no one can tell you when YOUR body needs to function. This is about troubleshooting, breaking plateaus, putting on clean muscle, keeping it, HRT, efficient training, etc..........many things........not babysitting.......
