Sometimes I add some frozen berries.
 
just a protein shake... a big meal before bed i wake up bloated and constipated.
 
I eat the majority of my carbs at night... Usually half a box of grape nuts, a banana, blueberries, strawberries, and slivered almonds.

It would take me like 3 hours to eat half a box of grape nuts! Theyre so damn crunchy...lol
 
Right after the gym I like to cook up 6oz of chicken and 1-1.5 cups of white rice depending on workout and hunger.

I usually eat my last big meal at 7 PM. Wondering if I should have something around 9 PM but cottage cheese messes with my stomach. And I already get up once a night to take a piss so I don't want to drink another shake. Keep the suggestions coming.

Frozen protein sludge. My breakfast 5 days week.
 
If anything then a protein shake with slow acting protein and maybe a little bit of nuts for fats to slow down the digestion. And that only on work out days.
 
I normally do a shake before bed…..it’s normally my only shake of the day…..i tend to sleep better with the shake at night instead of whole food.

10oz Egg Whites (Put in freeze about an hour before I drink it)
1 Scoop Protein
2 Tbsp of Almond Butter and some cinnamon
Add Ice and blend it up so it’s kinda like a protein ice cream!

the whole timing thing is always different for me, as I am usually up late, tonight at mid-night I just mixed 1 cup cottage cheese with some left over green beans, had about 2ozs of chicken left so I threw that in, and 2 boiled eggs, man I just cant have a shake only before bed as I get to hungry and cant sleep, if the cottage cheese messes with ya, maybe try a nut butter you like, or nuts, salmon or beef, I used to eat those last 2 all the time before bed, but im not the type to eat and fall right to sleep, hell I probably will not be asleep tonight till 2 or 230am.
 
My last meal is always dinner and I try to eat that no later than 7:30 if I’m going to bed for 10 , eating to close to bed causes terrible reflux nd indigestion.

Last meal is 10 red meat , either lean beef or deer with a serving of vegetables which lately has been cucumber , tomato , carrot salad

When do you train / cardio?

My schedule sucks due to work. I train late and eat late, often post workout meal at 8:30.
