Eating Binge (Venting)

After dieting tough for at least the last 16 weeks, I've pulled a complete 180 and am now I'm STUCK in the worst eating binge of my life. I've gone off diets plenty of times before, but this is rediculas!! It's been a solid 2 weeks of nothing but pure shit and tons of it. I've already gone from a very lean 241 to about 265-270 and feeling like a water ballon. Still doing an hour of cardio a day, but I think that may actually be making my appetite worst. I can't break outta this funk and I feel terrible :(

Know what u mean brother, im stuck on a boat surrounded by oreos, honey buns, ext.....its hard being surrounded by all the garbage.......i usually lose it my last week out here

Are you on other prescription meds that may be interfering with weight loss? I find it hard to believe you can't lose weight after doing cardio 1 hour per day.

Same here. Competed in my first show this past saturday and ive eaten nothing but pure garbage since. Ive probably gained 15-20lbs in water, mainly in my legs for whatever reason and i feel like complete shit. I cant get over this sweet tooth and its killing me. Water balloon is an understatement :(

Not a competitor by any means, but I finished up a 12 week blast a month ago and I have been fighting it ever since. Eat great for about 7-10 days then 1 or 2 bad days. Then the cycle repeats itself. When I was blasting I had no problems at all eating right. Didn't even crave bad foods. Now I find myself craving them.

Fix your insulin sensitivity and you'll be back on track in no time.

Fast every 24 hours for a week.

Sunday 8pm -> Monday 8pm = Fasted, small clean meal with no carbs before bed (after fast) Monday
Monday 8pm -> Tuesday 8pm = Eat normally at clean maintenance for Tuesday

Repeat this process every day for a week or two.

Fixed!

Damn is that all you have to do?? Just don't eat for 24hrs every other day :rolleyes:
It would definately fix my insulin sensitivity. However I would be divorced and out of business by the end of the week. I get real bitchy when I'm hungry :devi:-smi
