eating clean- cheating makes me sick WTF

these problems would make dieting so much easier for me - I can throw down a huge amount of junk after a week of all clean meals and be hungry two hours later, sweating profusely the whole time. The only time I ever felt ill was when I tried to eat a whole stuffed crust pizza, an order of breadsticks, ice cream and a big piece of pie - I did blow up the toilet that night.

I am with billmeek! i can eat shit food! Yea I dont feel great afterward and I have to sit for a couple hours and let it digest but it doesnt seem to stop me from eating junk food a week later!

I just need to find the mechenism in my brain that says, stop you have had enough!!! The only thing that stops me is when my stomach is so full it hurts!

I hate to bump this thread up to the top but I may have to retract my previous statement due to SHITTING FIERY LAVA last night. Apparently my natural ability to process shitty foods, while impressive, was no match for an order of 30 extra hot wings. After nearly frosting my car seat like a chocolate cake, I made it to the bathroom, cheeks clenched, and endured pure torturous agony. There may have been crying.

If bad foods arent working for you try eating a large meal with clean foods. Its still a boost in calories which you want but it might not give you the negative sides you are experiencing. Check also to see if you have any food allergies that could also be a cause for that.

Wings on Tuesday nights detroy me for the next two days with the runs! But its only once a week or every other week I get to eat wings like that so its worth it in my opinion, damn, just the thought makes me have to run to the bathroom lol
