Eating Liver vs Plants

True keto is 80% fat and 20% protein
What people call "true keto" is for epileptic patients only.
PSMF is a keto diet the absence of carbohydrates causes the liver to produce ketones to fuel the all important brain and body.
Keto is achieved by low carbohydrates causing the liver to produce KETONES!

I was on a PSMF eating 400 grams of protein daily and super low fats, my blood ketone levels were high thus I was in KETOSIS.

Just that. Some of the university-tested studies on keto, their definition is just sooo fat heavy. 80% ish.
I'm just refering to THAT as true keto. The keto we run is more Dan Duchain'd out...a Lyle McDonald or Palumbo version.
Every version of bbing keto i've ever done has been significantly higher protein. Make me want to definitely try a high high fat, lower protein version maybe when im done lifting. I love low/no carbs and enjoy it.

By calories, but not by weight. By weight, it's a 2:1 ratio.

Why when your done lifting? I'm eating about 230 protein and about 250 fat at the moment, I have gone periods of 190 protein and 350 fat, still a highly muscular motherfucker! As a weight training athlete I would never go below 1 gram per pound of LEAN MASS with my protein no matter what and we know 99% of this board eats way more than that so by enhanced weight training standards I was eating "low protein"

And i know you have dabbled in different macro % with your keto. I definitely.

And honestly, i FEEL and LOOK the best on keto.
I will go back to that in a couple years. I also feel my healthiest doing that.
But i know i have a couple more brutally carb heavy offseason pushes in me still.

YOUR keto approach has basically sold me on what i plan to do after I retire from chasing 300lbs+ lol
