Eating more whole foods

Summer for me starts June 10th, and I will run a 12week 500TestE/200TrenA.

Ive been putting together my diet for the past couple weeks and one thing im trying to do is eat more whole foods, by eliminating protein and carb powders.

So I plan on ordering 8 gallons of egg whites from eggwhite intl. and drinking egg whites when i would normally drink protein powder. Would it be OK to drink that much egg white(about 4 cups a day, uncooked)

And obviously pro/carb powders have the advantage of being quickly dranken PWO, but say I already have a white rice/steak meal prepared before i leave for the gym, would one see better results eating all whole foods?

I guess what im asking is would their be a considerable advantage taking out all pro/carb powders?
 
i don't know about you but if i drank that amount of liquid egg white i'd have constant diarrhea. nothing wrong with protein powders especially like team skip blend from true protein or synthepure from synthetek.
 
Don't believe you'll get all the micro nutrients from powders vs food sources, I'd say get what You can GUT whole food, then supplement.

supplements have their place, although I prefer whole over supplements JMO

8 gallons of egg whites? Sounds like a waste of time.

Eat a decent, balanced diet with the right macros, train hard, get plenty of sleep, and do your cycle. You need to make sure you get enough protein - so use powders or LBAs to get the right macros. (300g total protein per day is pbly enough.)

My 2 cents.
 
I drink 2 cups of liquid eggwhites a day and have no problem with the shits.

I do this

1 cup dry oats
1 cup egg whites
1 tb peanut butter
1/2 cup water
1 scoop cheap protein for flavor
blend and drink

I have way better results using eggwhites and oats with my supplemented shakes.

I would personally buy eggwhites from wallmart or costco though they are just as good and much more cost effective.

I use the shakes to get the nutrtion I need cause I cant eat food all the time.I just dont have the biggest appetite.

I use a similar approach for morning shakes.

3/4C dry oats
2 scoops protein
water
and 5 fish oils.

So i would switch out the pro powder with egg whites, and throw in a scoop of chocolate whey so it taste like cake batter.


And yes my diet will be balanced. I will be eating tons of flank steak, vegies, white rice(PWO), oats, fish oils, salmon, some chicken here and their(hate it). And i will cook a turkey in the smoker every 2 weeks.

The best part is, I will be getting around 12 hours of sleep a day because Ill be in summer! no drinking.
 
I mix my eggwhites with a protein shake. Sometimes I even throw in 1 cup of RAW milk. Tastes great and packed with high quality protein, not to mention it is filling. I do this at least 1-2 times a day.
