Summer for me starts June 10th, and I will run a 12week 500TestE/200TrenA.
Ive been putting together my diet for the past couple weeks and one thing im trying to do is eat more whole foods, by eliminating protein and carb powders.
So I plan on ordering 8 gallons of egg whites from eggwhite intl. and drinking egg whites when i would normally drink protein powder. Would it be OK to drink that much egg white(about 4 cups a day, uncooked)
And obviously pro/carb powders have the advantage of being quickly dranken PWO, but say I already have a white rice/steak meal prepared before i leave for the gym, would one see better results eating all whole foods?
I guess what im asking is would their be a considerable advantage taking out all pro/carb powders?
