I am trying to find the best principal knowledge in order to put some good quality muscle without resulting to using gear concerning diet. I dont want to eat shit and just gain fat. Someone said around 5,000 calories total for the day. Only so much chicken and shakes a person can have..What should I be doing diet wise in order to put on some good quailty muscle and not slip into looking like a out of shape guppie. Or should that be my approach. Im thinking about hiring phil just need to come up with the money. In the mean time I want my training to get serious.
