I'm bulking now, eating 5 meals per day plus pre- and post-workout shakes, and I feel nauseous pretty much 24/7. I have put on about 10 lbs of lean muscle so far, strength keeps increasing, and I haven't thrown up -- except on leg day -- but I have no appetite and generally feel nauseous, especially during workouts.
Anyone else ever feel this way when bulking?
