I'm bulking now, eating 5 meals per day plus pre- and post-workout shakes, and I feel nauseous pretty much 24/7. I have put on about 10 lbs of lean muscle so far, strength keeps increasing, and I haven't thrown up -- except on leg day -- but I have no appetite and generally feel nauseous, especially during workouts.

Anyone else ever feel this way when bulking?

I should add I eat clean: eggs, chicken, flank steak, rice, almonds, olive oil, broccoli

You are eating too much per sitting if I had to guess.
Your food volume is beyond your gastric emptying capability it sounds like.

try eating more calorie dense foods or foods that are more easily digestible. if its still to much and you dont mind not putting on as much size then cut back. sry this is really all i can think of at the moment.

I agree. 5 meals a day should be easy unless the portions are way big.

I hear you, but I am only putting on about 1lb/wk and I am not getting fat (actually leaner than when I started), so I don't think I am eating too much. Also, I already space my meals 2-3 hrs apart, so I'm not sure I can decrease meal size because I don't have room to add another meal.

1lb a week is perfect IMO
 
whats your carb source? also stop eating the broccoli and switch to organic powder veggies. this way you get your veggies without the bulk.
 
check your blood sugar and blood pressure throughout the day.


Can you elaborate? I don't understand how this would be relevant or what I would do differently depending on the results. Thanks.

Just the bodies natural defense against wanting to get any bigger unfortunately. Same as the insane hunger and cravings at end of hard cut even in days you over eat. Mini cuts are great for bringing back appitite and reseting indulin sensitivity a bit and getting a small rebound. Apart from that try to keep fibre and vegies on the lower side and put some olive oil in your shakes. A spoon of pnb or almond butter is an Easy way to add calories too but i like to keep fats real low even bulking myself.

digestive enzymes, enough water, enough sleep, and like Sammy555 said, consider mini cuts

Tren and orals are notorious for killing appetite..

If orals.. I'd say really take care of your liver. The more I protect the liver the better my appetite gets.

Yes, digestive enzymes, good probiotics, ginger, lemon water, smaller meals, cardio, GHRP-6, periactin.. changing carb sources perhaps *switching out oats for grits or white rice instead of brown* all might help.. but it's good to figure out the actual reason.

How much fat per meal?
 
Ya man you might want to try out dense food like spaghetti and for fats try to use extra virgin olive oil. Add in some digestive enzyme supplements and a tea spoon of apple cider vinegar before each meal (just to help your digestion since during bulking we eat a lot more we all could use the extra help).

If you are still having issues maybe try making it into 6 meals.

Now if you are on anything or if you have some blood work issues then that changes everything.
 
I know that throwing drugs in the mix isn't always the most publically correct answer around here, but if I were a hard gainer like the op I'd just cut back a little on the food and add slin.

I was going to bring to the slin thing. Leaner gains imo and probably a littke less unhealthy than over eating. As op said he's lean Amy way though
