For those who follow the eat when hungry protocol, what macros do you use currently, and why? What macros have you used in the past for specific goals (fat loss, increasing lean mass, improving health)?
If I ate when hungry, I would be eating all day, my appetite is stupid.

Are you actually HUNGRY (not starving, but hungry), or just that you could eat? There's a difference.
Actually hungry...stomach growling, empty stomach pain. My body likes to grow...
I am not super amazing at eating tons at once, but I am ALWAYS hungry 1 hour after eating again. Even after most cheat meals...I was a big kid and always have been...I'm hoping once I finally get lean I can put my hunger to good use.
