ECA stack recomendations?

hey guys im cutting and was thinking of adding ECA stack to my dieting, i was wondering whats a good product for it and what dosing should i use?

Man powers eca stack start with one a day and work your way up but i wouldnt go any higher than 3

Manpower nutritions eca is great, im currently rotating eca and their nyc stack and along with a clean diet and cardio im burning fat nicely.

I like using the Walgreens brand 100mg caffine tabs , Bronchaid (also at Walgreens) and Primaforce 2.5mg yohimbe.

Take one caffine , HALF a bronchaid and one 2.5mg Yohimbe every 2 hrs , works great and doesnt thin your blood like asprin will

If you want to go the D.I.Y. route, just go to Walgreens, CVS etc. and pick up Bronkaid, then I picked up some 4ever Fit 200mgs caffeine pills, and some baby asprin.

I also like to throw in some yohibimine to my ECA stack in the AM/ Mid day.

I think the purpose for the aspirin is a blood thinner.
As far as increasing the dose I don't , I rotate back and forth between ECY and clenbuterol and take benadryl pretty much daily (typically half) to help with sleeping.
My dose is 100mg caffeine , 12.5mg ephedrineand , 2.5mg Yohimbe
I take one dose at 3:15 am , pre fasted cardio.
5:30-5:45 post cardio
8:45-9:00 , 15 or so min before first meal
11:45 , 15 min before lunch
I take a full dose 200mg caffine , 25mg ephedrine , 5mg Yohimbe at about 3:15 then train at 3:45-4:00pm and that's my last dose for the day.

I find that the ephedrine helps alot with hunger also

Something about the interaction of aspirin supposedly prolongs the active life of the other two. Beejis60 on MFF knew the details, ill have to ask him.

you can legally buy ephedrine from Canada for super cheap, google "Kaizen Ephedrine HCL" they come in 8mg pills but its legit.. grab some cheap caffeine pills and baby aspirin and your in business.
