i do it 3x a day 35-50 mins before my bigger 3 meals during the day.

if i decide to take a pre-workout ill skip a dose though.


ill take them till i build up a tolerance, then ill take a week or week and a half off of it, then resume.. during a cut... thats just me though. i never go over 3x a day

Are you not able to make your own?

Just curious?

Obv some states are specific as to what is attainable.

I myself can go to a local nutrition store and buy 8mg epherdrine.

I take 3 of those with a coffee and a asperin.

50 tabs costs 6 or 7 bucks.

I make my own , caffeine tab , Bronchade , yohimbe HCL that way I know what I'm getting

I've gotten some sups from differant "vendors" that had totally differant effects and side effects so who the fuck knows what is in those caps??

You can also get Ephidrine HCL from gorillajack dot com. They ship to the US no problem. They come in 8mg tabs/50 per pack.

manpower CEC low stack is out of this world.. It's honestly too much for me to handle.. Cant imagine the guys that take the regular stack

I like their products..........how did you dose this ECA?

i used the ECA one, i know they make fancier combos but i like to stick to basics.

i used 1 capsule about 1 to 1.5 hours before training, i took it with liquid carbs like OJ

1 doesn't have a huge effect on me, but 2 is too many cause i get shaky from the caffeine.
