ECA -vs- Clen together or alternate them?

Do this compounds effect different receptor sites or the same ones and do they efffect different types of fat such as teh brown fatty tissue we all hate around our waist..?

Is it condusive to use them together or is it better to use one for 4 weeks then the other for 4 weeks...alternate them?
 
I believe they hit the same receptors (beta). And I've always seen/heard/tried 2 weeks EC, 2 weeks Clen. Perhaps a better option would be:
2 weeks - EC (3 times/day)
2 weeks - Clen/Yo/tyramine

The Yo hits the alpha receptors, and the tyramine makes Yo more effective by some ridiculous percentage. Using Yo and EC together can be troublesome, thus using it with Clen might be a better idea. However, be careful with Yo, as many are sensitive to it. I can't even handle a 2.5 mg dose. So test the waters, and work up to proper (for you) dosing.

Well right now i am 4 weeks into thermo pro and yohimie HCL rub on and i can not believe the great results i am getting...

the abs are being a bit stubburn to give up the fat that it has held onto for several years but this year i decieded to get my BF% down to 7% from 13%.. i was hoping that the clen could be the trick but i think playing with the diet is going to be the key

I have gone from 217lbs 18% to 215lbs 9% in 9 weeks... but i hit that wall the last 2 weeks where it will not come off and any weight that does come off is not bf% ... any thoughts just stick it out and my body will give in.. i like he weight where it is and all i know is i have to loose 5lbs of fat to get there so even at 210-212 i wil look good i want to keep it around 215lbs...

I had teh problem when i did shows as well and lost muscle but not fat..
 
My husband always uses both at the same time, just different times of the day.

Works VERY well for him
