9 months ago I did an ECG just to see what's going on . the the findings were

Dec 2020 - INTERPRETATION: Confirmed interpretation edited at: Normal sinus rhythm 62/MIN Voltage for Left Ventricular Hypertrophy early repolarization Abnormal ECG

yesterday I did another one …

Aug 2021 - INTERPRETATION: Confirmed interpretation edited at: SINUS RHYTHM 60/MIN NORMAL ECG

does this mean my LVH got remodeled and is no longer there? my doctor after the first ECG lined me up for an echocardiogram which was normal and he wasn't concerned. i just wanted to see if i still had LVH and it didn't show up this time.

I'd say it probably comes down to who read each ecg. If it was the same doctor, then that's a good sign.

Some lvh is normal in weight lifters. Hopefully that's all it was to begin with, and I expect that to not go away unless you stopped lifting.

You had a normal echo and that's great. If it didn't show any left ventricular wall motion abnormalities, then you're probably fine. They also measure the thickness of the walls doing it, and your ejection fraction must be perfectly normal. I'd not worry.

ok yah my ejection fraction was 61 in a range of 60-65.

Anyone know how your ejection fraction as measure by echo is affected by being on a ventilator? My EF was measured at 70% about 6 weeks ago on a ventilator when I was put under due to covid. Doc said the measurement could be a bit deceptive since they can set heart rate etc with drugs to whatever range they wish. I was very suprised since my EF was 35 about 2 years ago when I was in the hospital with swine flu (diagnosed with LVH due to steroids). I'm getting another echo on the 15th of next month; doc said even 60 would be most excellent - I'm just not sure this last reading is correct at all.

Had this same exact thing happen to me. Had some unusual high BP and trouble breathing (turned out to be panic attacks) - ECG said I had LVH and ER doc had me cancel my trip the next day as I was supposed to fly out to fla @as a precaution. I freaked and went to my cardiologist the next day. Repeated tests and gave me echo, ct scan
Difference was emergency room read the first one - the repeated one by my cardiologist was normal and said I have no LVH (although he was shocked I didn’t since he knows of my 30 year continued use)
Stress test also showed no blockage - but only shows if you have over 70%

Post pics of EKG.

post the other one for comparison. no need to include the "machine interpretation"
